Introduction & Acceptance

Spotlink (“Spotlink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps drivers know what’s happening at the curb before they stop.

Drivers leaving a curb space (“Spotters”) can share when and where they’re heading out. Drivers looking for parking (“Seekers”) can see nearby departures and curb-rule context in one place, helping reduce circling, stress, and surprise tickets.

Spotlink also includes optional tools designed to make curb rules easier to understand and manage:

CurbAI™ turns complex curb rules and timing into clear, human-readable guidance so you can make faster, more informed decisions before you arrive.

Ticket Guard™ lets you set reminders around upcoming curb-rule changes, helping you stay ahead of street cleaning, restrictions, and time-based rules.

Spotlight Partner Layer

Spotlink includes a curated partner layer (“Spotlight”) embedded within the curb intelligence experience. Spotlight may display limited sponsored business or nonprofit placements in contextually relevant areas of the app, including the map view, post-departure flows, and home screen.

Spotlight is not a traditional advertising network. Inventory is limited and controlled to preserve user experience.

Spotlight placements may include sponsored map pins, contextual partner cards, home spotlight features, and community nonprofit placements.

Spotlight visibility depends on subscription tier. Free-tier users may see sponsored placements. Certain paid tiers may reduce or remove sponsored business visibility as described in Section 4.3.

Spotlink gives you information, not instructions. You stay in control at every step, and parking decisions are always yours.

By tapping Accept during sign-up, installing, or using Spotlink, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Overview

Problem: Drivers may spend significant time searching for legal parking. Garages may charge high hourly rates, and municipal parking tickets may begin at $65 or more depending on jurisdiction.

How Spotlink works:

Spotter sets a departure time (for example, “Leaving in 10 minutes”).

Seeker selects a departure, views contextual curb information, and may spend SpotCoins to access a match.

Auto-Link & Escrow: SpotCoins are escrowed until the Seeker’s GPS crosses a defined geofence around the departing vehicle.

CurbAI and Ticket Guard provide informational assistance regarding posted rules, time windows, and restrictions based on available data.

Spotlink does not guarantee parking availability, legality, enforcement outcomes, or uninterrupted service.

Accounts, Eligibility & Safe Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to drive and park.

You agree to maintain accurate account information and keep location permissions enabled for GPS-based features such as Auto-Link and Ticket Guard.

Prohibited conduct includes GPS spoofing, blocking curbs illegally, harassment, off-platform transactions, multi-accounting, unsafe driving, falsifying departure times, or violating any applicable law.

One natural person per account. Identity or vehicle verification may be required.

3.1 SMS Communications & Consent

By verifying a phone number or checking the consent box during sign-up, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Spotlink, including confirmations, alerts, security codes, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Spotlink SMS, replying HELP for assistance, or emailing support@spotlink.app.

Spotlink does not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing.

SpotCoin Token System

4.1 Parity & Packs

1 SpotCoin equals $0.10 USD.

Packs may include:

$5 → 50 SpotCoins

$20 → 200 SpotCoins

$100 → 1,000 SpotCoins

4.2 Sign-Up & Referral

New users may receive bonus SpotCoins. Promotional amounts may change at Spotlink’s discretion.

4.3 Subscriptions & Features

Subscriptions are offered as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or other approved platforms.

Free (Ad-Supported)

Includes real-time departures and limited CurbAI access. Sponsored Spotlight placements may be visible.

Pro ($4.99/month)

Includes expanded CurbAI access, unlimited withdrawals, and reduced sponsored visibility.

Plus ($9.99/month)

Includes Ticket Guard alerts, expanded curb intelligence features, unlimited withdrawals, and removal of sponsored business map pins. Community nonprofit placements may still appear in limited, non-intrusive formats.

Fleet or enterprise tiers may be offered under separate agreements.

Apple Disclosure:

Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

Manage or cancel subscriptions via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Charges are processed by Apple. Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple’s policies.

Spotlink reserves the right to modify subscription features, limits, or visibility logic.

4.4 Top-Ups & Withdrawals

Top-ups may range from $5 to $100 per transaction, with daily limits determined by Spotlink.

Withdrawals require a minimum balance of $10 and may be capped monthly. Withdrawal fees may apply.

Spotlink may conduct identity verification, fraud prevention, and AML checks prior to payout.

Matching, Escrow & Auto-Link

A match forms when a Seeker selects a departure and funds escrow. Auto-Link triggers when the Seeker’s GPS enters the defined geofence area.

SpotCoins release to the Host upon successful confirmation.

If GPS data is inconsistent, Spotlink may request additional verification.

Cancellations & Failed Matches

Either party may cancel prior to Auto-Link.

If a Host cancels after a match is formed, Spotlink may refund the Seeker and apply penalties.

If a Seeker cancels after a match, Spotlink may apply penalties or restrictions.

Repeated failed matches may result in temporary or permanent suspension.

Spotlink reserves sole discretion in resolving disputes and issuing credits.

Map Access & Minimum Balances

Certain features may require maintaining a minimum SpotCoin balance.

Feature availability may vary by subscription tier.

Data, Ads & Licensing

Spotlink may license aggregated, anonymized curb analytics such as heatmaps or zone insights.

By posting content, you grant Spotlink a limited license to use that content to operate and improve the Service.

8A) Spotlight Partner Placements

Spotlight is a curated mobility partner layer integrated into the Service.

Inventory Protection

Spotlink limits sponsored placements to protect user experience, including:

Maximum three sponsored map pins per visible map area.

Maximum one contextual partner card per session.

No auto-play, forced pop-ups, or audio advertisements.

Category and zone limitations may apply.

Community Allocation

Spotlink may reserve approximately 10 to 15 percent of Spotlight inventory for nonprofit or community organizations. These placements are informational in nature.

Subscription Visibility

Free-tier users may see Spotlight placements. Certain paid tiers may reduce or remove sponsored business placements. Community placements may remain visible in limited form.

Spotlink does not guarantee placement performance, impressions, conversions, or engagement metrics.

Spotlink reserves full discretion to approve, reject, modify, or remove partners and placements at any time.

Spotlight placements do not constitute endorsements.

Security & Payout Collection

Spotlink may send secure, time-limited payout links. Do not share bank information via direct message or phone.

Links may expire after 72 hours.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in GPS spoofing, harassment, unsafe driving, scraping, reverse engineering, unlawful conduct, or off-platform payment arrangements.

Subscriptions: Billing & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

Apple users must cancel through Apple ID settings.

No prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

Access continues through the end of the paid cycle.

Account Deletion & Data Retention

You may request account deletion through the app or by emailing support@spotlink.app.

Upon verified deletion request, personal identifiers are deleted or anonymized as required for fraud prevention and compliance.

Certain logs may be retained for up to 24 months for legal, tax, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.

Apple purchase records are retained by Apple under its own policies.

Upon deletion, all SpotCoins are forfeited. Active subscriptions must be canceled through Apple prior to deletion.

Community & Environment

Spotlink promotes smoother curb turnover and reduced cruising where feasible.

Changes, Termination & Enforcement

Spotlink may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

Legal Notices & Disclaimers

Spotlink provides information only. CurbAI and Ticket Guard are informational tools and do not replace posted signs or local law.

Spotlink does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, legality, enforcement outcome, sponsored placement performance, or partner listing results.

Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Pilot Programs & Discretionary Reimbursements

Spotlink may operate limited pilot programs to evaluate features or initiatives.

Participation is voluntary and discretionary.

Any reimbursement offered is not guaranteed, is not a contest or promotion, and does not constitute compensation for damages.

Spotlink may request documentation for verification.

Spotlink may decline, modify, suspend, or terminate any pilot program at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotlink is not liable for tickets, towing, time loss, damages, or third-party actions.

Total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount paid to Spotlink in the prior three months.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by Nevada law. Exclusive venue is state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
